Online support launched

Open Projects are proud to announce that the new online support function on our website is now active.

This function allows our customers to follow the progress of their queries and problems through our support system. It will also act as a reference for finding the answer to previous questions and the resolution to known problems.

This news comes shortly after Open Projects announced the latest release of their mnadis™ circulation system and it is hoped the new online support system will increase the level of service we offer all our customers.
