The service is available to all customers serviced by their Dublin warehouse. With plans to implement the solution for Cork and Belfast customers well underway.

The mnadis™ customer services solution allows retailers to control their orders, by giving them the ability to view and amend their orders, as well as ordering extras. A straightforward and effective delivery checking system allows retailers to notify Easons quickly of any discrepancies and the action that the retailer would like taken over them.

The mnadis™ customer services solution also allows the retailer to create a price look up file to feed their EPOS equipment with the latest prices. This unique feature amongst wholesaler/retailer interactions has proved very beneficial to busy newsagents. It is particularly useful in the Republic of Ireland where many British titles are sold with no Euro cover price.
