We are looking for an experienced marketing assistant to work on a part time basis, within an established software and services company.

The successful candidate will assist the managing director to formulate and deliver a marketing plan to promote the company’s range of products and services. They will be expected to carry out a number of roles including:

  • Maintenance of the corporate contacts and marketing database
  • Editorial of the corporate website
  • Preparation of press releases and promotional articles
  • Running of marketing campaigns
  • Preparation and follow up of mail shots

Candidates should either have a relevant degree or proven track record, and must have the following skills:

  • Self motivated
  • Ability to advise, formulate and deliver a marketing strategy
  • Ability to prepare professional promotional materials

Familiarity with any of the following would be an advantage:

  • Microsoft Office products
  • CRM systems

We are looking for a Programmer to develop and deliver high quality software.

Successful candidates will join the existing team and work on a variety of different projects. They will be expected to carry out a number of roles within the team, which include elements of:

  • Software and database development
  • Testing
  • Second line support

Candidates should either have a relevant degree or industry qualification, and must have the following skills:

  • Visual Basic
  • HTML
  • SQL

Familiarity with any of the following would be an advantage:

  • Visual Basic 6, 2003, 2005
  • ASP, ASP.NET
  • SQL Server

Successful candidates will receive an excellent benefits package including:

  • Salary between 25k and 30k
  • Contributory pension scheme, with company contribution up to 3% of the employee's salary

  • Answering customer support queries (2nd line support)
  • Diagnose and solve problems
  • Database management
  • Testing and quality control

Candidates should have the following skills:

  • Good communication skills
  • Visual Basic
  • SQL

Familiarity with any of the following would be an advantage:

  • Visual Basic 6, 2003, 2005
  • ASP, ASP.NET
  • SQL Server

Successful candidates will receive an excellent benefits package including:

  • Salary between 16k and 20k
  • Contributory pension scheme, with company contribution up to 3% of the employee's salary
  • 20 days paid holiday, rising to 25 days (1 day per year of service)
