For small projects simply tell us what you want and we can give you an estimate
for how long it will take and how much it will cost.
For larger projects we provide in-depth project analysis and advice on the best
development
strategy. We ensure that your software is well defined, fully costed,
and will cover all your business needs before work begins on producing it. Software
may also be broken down into deliverable fixed price components as necessary.
Our quotations are based on the number of days we estimate each phase of the project
will require. When the quotation is accepted, we invoice an initial percentage.
Each phase of the project is invoiced as it is delivered and you are able to retain
a percentage at the end of the project until completely satisfied. The whole project
is managed and monitored on a day-to-day basis using a computerised project management
system and you will be invited to review the project at regular steering group meetings
throughout the development process.
In situations where specifications are liable to change or the boundaries are less
defined we can alternatively offer our services on a
time and materials basis
